Submissions to the newsletter from parishioners are welcomed and encouraged, although their inclusion is at the discretion of the editor. Please send any contributions in an electronic, editable format, by e-mail, to the address above. Given the work of editing and formatting submissions, it is requested that articles are submitted before the 23rd of the month for inclusion in the following issue. English is preferred, although translations can be made of articles submitted in Russian. For more information about house style, please contact the editor.

The Lullaby
This is a lovely poem which expresses the love a father has for his son. Remarkably, Prince Konstantine has a premonition about his little son's future. Prince Ioann was to die in 1918 at the hands of the Bolsheviks at the same time as the Venerable Martyr, the Grand Duchess Elisabeth.

Holy Scripture and the Church
A superb exposition of the salvific nature of the Church, explaining the place of Holy Scripture within the life of the Church rather than something with its own power to save. Sadly, many groups have lost this understanding, resulting in a perhaps unbalanced reverence for the sacred texts and a diminishing of the place of the Church. This article sets the record straight.
